Le Monet Hotel at Camp John Hay
Le Monet Hotel, is a place inspired by the owner's appreciation of a village in northern France called Giverny and a famous artist that lived his later life in that village where he planted a large garden and where he painted for much of the rest of his life. Claude Monet worked on outdoor techniques for painting and he is the founder of the French impressionist painting. Monet was fond of painting his own garden in Giverny, it's water lilies, ponds, and bridge. He wrote instructions to his gardener, precise designs and layouts for planting. As Monet's wealth grew, his garden evolved. His famous painting Bridge over a Pond of Water Lilies, The Artist's Garden, The Garden in Flower and many more are very astonishing and very beautiful.
